I only have this app for the soccer/football section. The UI is absolutely terrible. I'm doing a first year university unit on UI and it breaks many basic (and I mean really basic!) rules. It's mind boggling that an employed human being designed this app. As an absolute starting point, it takes me 7 clicks and scrolling to watch a 4-5 minute ticket reel of a soccer match. That's completely insane. And then there's the actual highlights. Often miss key moments in a match for other nonsense!

$504 per year to watch the english premier league compared to $200 with optus sports. pretty disgraceful that they make you buy the standard stan package and then pay extra to add on sports. It's also inferior to optus. constant buffering during live games. The audio doesn't line up its always a couple seconds delayed. Poor highlights packages. Just a really poor service in general.

close captions move all around the screen sometimes or maybe always, it's hard to read when its jumping around!! contacting help is very difficult.cancelling or pausing your subscription is too because you have to leave the app,go to the website, send an email and wait👎🏼.help team dont help.no way to give feedback. bad selection, difficult to find things.when things leave and come back they dont re add back to your list so you know they returned.'new to stan' area shows older stuff too??
