They want to switch everyone over to digital cards but this app is incredibly unreliable and buggy. I have not been able to sign in via the app for over a year, which means I am unable to use the digital card to make claims. I have been relying on my physical card. When I sign in, I input the code it sends to my phone, then when it returns to the app it says "something went wrong". This will happen in an endless loop until I give up.

I'm so glad I requested for physical card. This app keeps crashing. I ended up paying full price for my medical last time since I couldn't pull up the App. And you dare to promote a digital card?! And it's not like it's easy to request a claim from them. You guys ask a lot of things before processing.

Just when I thought Bupa couldn't get worse they have further excelled at garbage. Now the app won't open properly. Launches and dies straight away. And yes I have checked updates and reinstalled. Absolutely useless. You are better off carrying your physical Bupa card because if the app does miraculously work it is quicker to show than going through the rigmarole of multifactor authentication as well as setting a new PIN each and everytime you try to open the app so you can present your card.
