I'm disappointed in this app. Feels quite outdated with multiple known issues that are not getting addressed. When calling for help I'm told this and that is not working. Like unable to view claims history, or pending claims. If shopping around, Manulife has an amazing working app.

I have been submitting the exact same receipts from the exact same pharmacy for years. recently I have been denied several times due to "missing information " on the receipts. Add to that an unacceptableincrease in wait times for "processing".... it has become Increasingly difficult to deal with Blue Cross

Difficult to submit claims, signs you out if you try to view other documents in the background, making you start over. requires second device to submit claims, defeating the purpose of a mobile app.
