I've been using Tamara for over 2 years and overall, it's been a great experience. The app is easy to use and very helpful for managing purchases. However, I think it could be improved by sending payment reminders before the due date. I missed one installment simply because I forgot, and as a result, my purchase limit was reduced, which was frustrating. A simple reminder could’ve prevented that. Still, I love using this app and hope to see this small change in the future.

At first Tamara was good. But suddenly it stop approving purchases then it totally not connecting to any payments online. Keep on getting the same error message " An unexpected error occurred, try refreshing the page again". The online chat is simply useless since it is a chatbot. I dont owe any balance so I dont find any reason for this error. No explaination was given. I had stopped using Tamara for more than a month now.

The In-app customer support isn't loading. I tried to purchase an item from a store, everything was going perfectly until they deducted the payment from my account and the final payment screen got stuck on processing. After the session ended, i tried again, thinking it will continue from the first deduction. Again it forced me to pay from card. I proceeded to it, I hoped that I'll get my previous transaction refunded. Again it got stuck at processing screen. Lost money twice. Waiting for refund
