The security authentication settings kept showing error message and asked me to try again and again. Wasted me like 1x mins, and finally showed up "please visit our branch". The same process in the BOCHK app even got audio guidance along the way and passed in the first trial. If your app is incompetent please don't launch that to annoy your clients and waste their time. I won't go to their branch/ waste my time again and will simply cancel my account there. So silly this bank its AI-era already!

Even with the latest v 3.9.2, the app is still very slow. In this version, the app will halt after I logout the app and login again. It happens almost every time. In worst case, I have to clear the cache and restart my Samsung mobile. This has never happened in other apps on my phone. A completely new version is expected. Unlike other banking apps, it does not has link to real time chat or helpdesk for immediate assistance.

Flash crash if u had turned on biometric for this app and then upgrade to Android 16. As of Aug 5 ver 4.11, the solution was to uninstall it, install again, and login by password. Finally, reenabled the fingerprint authentication.
