Edit. It's 2024. The app still sucks. They have I'm sorry, but can I give negative stars to this app? What is the one thing that you need the app to do? Connect to the alarm system. What does this app do? It displays a lovely grey box and says "Connecting" for 2-5 minutes before it actually connects. Enabling voice command is better. Bypass the stupid app. 2022 - Now the app logs you out randomly. Cameras are still slow. Connecting to panel is still slow. I thought Cox was bad. ADT is worse.

App went from bad to worst. Constant connection issues, 9 times out of 10 I have to manually arm/disarm. Forget having reliable camera monitoring and recording. Having to reset the gateway every day is ridiculous. Tired of calling tech support, I can see why the hold times are through the roof. Long time customer is getting to the end of the rope here.

Most of the time stuck on connecting. Support said I need a whole new system. I moved the keypad to the best cellular reception area in my house and connecting was much better for months. Now it's crashed, and neither me nor my wife can connect at all. Support is so lacking in intelligence and technical knowledge that its just so frustrating to speak with them. The techs that have come out are clueless. If there's ANYONE who can resolve issues, please contact me. Extremely poor support.
