The app has good layout prefectly designed for easy use...but not suitable in busy business situation not active after one transaction and too much security operator ID & short code every time and some functions like cash in, safricom airtime, other telcom service payments, electric bill prepaid are not functional. Finally, no notification after cash in, amount of commission for each transaction. Thank you

Its functional but its not easy to use for paying bills ask the agent to Enter shortcode and other things . developers i want to say something please learn from Awash bank agent app its easy to use and fully function You have to see awash birr app how systems is easy to pay bills

Finally, even if it's to little too late,it nice to have CBE Birr Agent app,I hope it smart move and renaissance CBE-Birr.But Traffic payment and other payment options also include in upcoming upgrade.
