Ratings and reviews

Terrible app. Settings should have: account, devices, groups, and routines. maybe 1 or 2 more. When in devices, I should be able to test the device and change the group. In groups, I should be able to move something from one to another. It's like you hired UI engineers from Logitech. It's just awful. What's with the suggestions when opening the app? And a list of my popular commands, I already know how to do those.

You don't allow us to edit our store layout as if every grocery store in America has the same layout. You also do not allow us to create a custom item order. I used to email myself the list off Alexa so I could reorder the items myself but you removed that feature. These are basic one day additions that you have not only not fixed but made worse.

Alexa sucks. My wife has one in our kitchen and it takes several tries for it to recognize her voice EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Even when it recognizes her voice, the odds that you get the right song are maybe 1 in 3. It's also unnecessarily difficult to turn off Amazon Music, which is contantly trying to sell you a pro plan. I can't wait to throw this stupid thing in the e-waste pile.
