The benefits that are possible to embrace in this program are phenomenal. Not to mention, I was introduced to this company benefit in a VERY dark time and I trauma dumped on my financial assistant and he was so supportive. BUT THE STUPID APP!! Grrrrrr! Every time I log on I'm met with issues. Freezing, load errors, blank pages where I should have my accounts and links. Great program, compassionate understanding and helpful staff! But tech developer dudes, get your act together! Please 😊

I will only give a 1 star because the advisors are nice quick to respond but for 1 they can't really help you in emergencies unless u have good credit I have been in a few dire situations and they have been zero help outside of being turned down for a loan. the last straw was this week when I have been in a financial nightmare and was depending on that 50 dollar savings that came from my check on Wed as well as the repayment of my cash advance n Amazon deposits were being delayed sun still none

Brightside is a waste of time. I've followed all instructions, submitted all required information. Speaking to a financial assistant for 4 hours has led me nowhere. Instead of honoring my request for a Loan, they would rather lecture me on how to save money or encourage me to go ask for money from a non-profit. Why am I even here for?
