Useless app. I wasn’t able to log in to the app due to incorrect credentials since I forgot my password. I tried using the “Forgot Password” option, and after clicking the button, the app displayed a message saying the request was submitted. However, I haven’t received any email. I also, email their customer support but there are no reply on their side.

Mobile app keeps on crashing. I need to access the app today to get my son's account number for check up but can't even login because of this issue. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but same thing. Can't even go to the login page. Please fix it ASAP!

it took 3 call attempts either it HURTS.. suddenly busy or not in service. The doctor doesn't seem to like what she's doing. no sense of empathy nor care! she just repeatedly say I suggest you schedule an appointment to a doctor I can connect you to... she's wanted to connect me with the customer service team to check the nearest available doctor when I already said I've been checking for it for 2days and ended up scheduling a consultation with a non accredited clinic.
