Last update on July 4th broke the app ..app wiped my account and asked me to create a new account not sign in to my existing account, I entered my existing password and tried to change it after I accessed the account but the changes didn't apply, so I signed out and signed in again but again it asked me to enter a password as if it's a new account, I supplied a new password then exited the app, now after biometric sign in the app freezes at the splash screen FIX IT!!!!!!!!

Its sooo bad it should be removed from playstore, when u try to recharge a phone and add the number it just refresh and put ur number back and when u choose payment method it will say u have not choosen a payment method !!! It should be rebuilt from the ground up Typical cheap greedy zain jordan Hope this app gets removed to teach you and ur bad 3rd part developer to make a well tested app!!! For users

It is one of the worst phone company applications in Jordan. Unfortunately, it does not deal with transactions related to charging transparently, and we are often misled regarding charging, and it charges more than what is required to charge internet packages, as happened to me. Unfortunately, the experience using it is bad, and I do not recommend using it.
