As a first time user, I found this app is handy and easy to deal with. It contains the necessary information for managing the bank account. The application works just fine with acceptable delay from tab to tab. However, I should say many features are still needed like adding additional accounts online, creating a virtual cards, exchange rate, inter-accounts exchange, full account holder information for e.g the IBAN number is not displayed in the app and one should wait for the statement. Update

After the last update, the app keeps telling that my device is jailbroken, whilst it is not! My android device with its original software version has never been amended or jailbreak/jailbroken! Although the last security update was released in 2022, October for my android phone, everything is original and no rooting has been made. Please fix this issue as we can't use the app with the current update! Thanks.

Customer service is bad, I was trying calling the customer service and my calls end with no reply!!! It was only 10:20pm and I really needed it!
