Even if used for login to online bank and payments confirmations it doesn't fit the purpose - crashes with no good reason leaving without access to the bank account until calling the Customer support (which can take a while to get through!) and uninstalling/re-installing/re-registering manipulations. Absolutely unreliable as you can lose an access to the bank account when you need it most and spend a lot of time to get things up and running again.

An app so bad you would be glad of RTÉ player. No excuse for a good bank to have such a dismal app. Revoult from now on. Completely unsuitable for online shopping transactions. The app gets more dated every day. It still asks me to confirm purchases I couldn't make months ago because it took the app a few days to be able to ask me to confirm the transaction. Customer service is appalling. Not suitable for business use. Try to make a complaint, its simply not possible.

Trying to book a flight here & when I went to approve payment for it in the app, it said I needed to update it, which I did but then it froze a few seconds after I entered the 3 digits of my pin. I tried to log in again a few times but the same thing happened. Then it said I had too many unsuccessful login attempts and that access was suspended!? It gave a number to ring to fix it. I waited ages but got thru to a helpful man. He told me to turn on app notifications & had me login again. Success!

Hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. A cohort of Android mobile users were experiencing issues logging into the mobile banking app. This has now been resolved. We are glad to hear that our colleague was able to assist you with getting logged back into your account and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused. ^Sarah
