the app seems to freeze and glitch the longer that you are on it and utilizing it. when you click back to the main screen after adding an item to your cart it often doesn't take you back to the place you left off. in addition, the loyalty program is not worth it or beneficial except for the initial sale as a newcomer. $65 per month to apply towards an item when average cost is $45 is not worth it. sometimes the promos are good but paying monthly for the subscription out weighs the benefit of it

Scam business, they charge you monthly a fixed amount, make it impossible to cancel and then the items cost less to buy after they charge you for VIP credits. most of the clothes I have gotten are decent but not worth the drastic mark up and additional tariff charges. They take weeks to ship and you can't cancel your membership in that time or else you'll lose VIP pricing or get your order cancelled.

straight up scam. They reel you in with offers and don't tell you it's only for one item or about shipping. No free shipping on orders over $49. No rewards points like they say. They offer you a rebate through another 3rd party company that not only do you have to apply for but is also another subscription. You'll be left wondering why the discount isn't applying to everything. scam scam scam, do NOT use this company or app.
