This app isn't THAT bad. I'm using Android 15 to sync a new portable AC unit. Yes, it failed the first 7 times. But I'm used to that part. I got it synced finally to wifi on the 8th try and then added it to Alexa Home Skills and now Alexa controls it too. Overall, it's not a 1-2 star app. Or maybe I'm so used to bad apps that I still give this 4 stars. It ultimately did what I needed it to do, even if it took an extra ten mins and pressing reset on the plug 20 times. We outchea

I was quite pleased with my fully functional under-cabinet lights and found them to be a wonderful addition. However, following an update, the lights have vanished from the application, and I am unable to re-pair them. I have attempted manual pairing, but it seems these lights are no longer supported within the app. Considering the investment I made to integrate them with Alexa, it is disheartening that they now function as basic, approximately thirty-dollar lights.

Like everyone else said, the app constantly crashes. From the second you download it. It tells you to clear the cache because of a bug which doesn't help. My husband got me the robot vacuum for Christmas and I've been getting it set up, but I'm unable to control it remotely thanks to this trash app. If the developers ever decide to make it usable, I'll update my rating. Until then I'd rate zero stars if I could. UPDATE: posted my original review on Christmas 2023. Still doesn't work AT ALL. 😀👍
