This is a complete disaster of an App and Service!! The app is very buggy. I opened my account a month ago and still haven't received the debit card. Their engagement team never responds and when you try to call them, it hangs up automatically. Not only that! It won't let me transfer money from the account because the app is dysfunctional!! Would give a zero. Would not recommend.

The very basic functions are not working such as the fingerprint, you can't complete the registration with error message "something went wrong" in addition to that it keeps hanging during the registration and you should close and reopen the application to complete the registration!! However, you should revise the marketing campaign for this application for now as the it still unmatured and requires many basic enhancements, otherwise you will lose the credability for this application!!

The app is pathetic and crashes a lot. They are an amateur Fintech as when I first enrolled I was able to receive international transfers until one day it took more than 10 days and the transfer did not go through. I called the customer care more than 5 times and they gave me different excuses and lastly they told me that Blink cannot receive international transfers I argued and said I have received some in the past. Absolutely ridiculous and cannot replace a bank for this reason.
