Love the service, but the new app goes back to the home screen after leaving for some time. This is frustrating when I switched away from the app to get videos from the otoscope, and then had to fill all the information in from the beginning. The old app didn't do this. Also, you should be able to label uploaded photos/videos for visits so that the doctor can identify them

Service is great but app is so annoying. It constantly makes you re-login in. You have to select your location every time you have to login (even if you are in an active chat or visit). When you receive message alerts they text you about it and when you click on the link to go to messages it redirects you to a login webpage instead of the app you already have. When you're taking care of sick small children, these minor annoyances turn into hassles. Also, their picture taking service SUCKS.

1st off I thought this sounded like an awesome service but was skeptical because anybody could claim that they could do the things that they do. I've had this service for 2 months and I've used it six times all six times I've been blown away by the doctors' notes and can write prescriptions if needed I've already switched to the annual plan. 💯recommend
