The app works fine for ordering, but Chili's stopped giving rewards. The only thing you get are free chips and salsa, which cost the company about $1.50.. They may still do birthday rewards which was just a free dessert. But all of their desserts are meant to be eaten in the restaurant... Very much defeating the purpose of using the app from home. of the seven apps I have for restaurants and food places, Chili's is the only one that doesn't give regular rewards.

this app has a problem with the pricing. The description of several burgers in the 3 for me menu includes cheese, but when ordering, you have to pay extra for the cheese. Another example is the shrimp alfredo pasta. the description includes alfredo sauce and garlic toast,, but when ordering you have to pay extra for both the sauce and the toast. several weeks ago I reported this to the manager. He said he would reach out to IT, but so far it has not been corrected.

I opened my Chili's app and apparently it did an update and made me set it up again and one of the prompts asked me if I wanted to let the chilies app make and manage calls. that's not happening I think I'll be deleting the app that's some shady š© there and I liked Chili's. that put a bad taste on my mouth. I understand the location part and allowing text messages but that's going way too far.
