It's been more than a year, and I've tried everything - uninstalled multiple times, reinstalled, uninstalled my password manager, changed settings on my phone, anything I could think of that might make this app work. I sign in, get the little loading arrow-circle thing, and then, I can see, just barely, the app open up behind the login screen. But I can't get to it. The login screen just stays there, unresponsive. It's the same problem so many other reviewers have reported, and I swear, if Cadence tells me to call customer service again, I am going to lose it. Customer service is not fixing the app. I just tried reinstalling the app again, because their website now refuses to work with Chrome, and I'm running out of ways to manage my own money. I guess I'll have to switch banks, which seems extreme, but I kind of need access to my own accounts, Cadence. Get it together.

The app has recently stopped working. The only thing that loads is the user name/password page, and then it freezes. Please fix it. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it 3 times. I also haven't been able to deposit checks for about a year. It immediately takes a picture of the check without centering or focusing first. And then it won't accept the pictures.

I gave 2 stars because when it worked for me at first it was great! I could transfer money, flash deposit money, and sign in with my fingerprint! Then I got a new phone, signed on the first time with no issues and the next time I tried to sign in it didn't do anything. Like most everyone else I have uninstalled and reloaded the app multiple times and it still just freezes on the load screen. So disappointing after it worked so well initially!
