This program allows me to see my child in real time with some exceptions of seconds delay sometimes. however, it's definitely my favorite camera system for the bedroom. the feature to talk to those in the room doesn't really work. sound comes out as inaudible. but you can hear everything from their end on the camera. they just can't hear you.

Crashes on start up at current update June 2024. Tried the typical fixes, clearing data, reinstalling. Should be able to run on Android 12 Your response doesn't work because the app will not start any longer. Reinstall, cleans, not working. Fix it. You're being down voted after your last update for a reason. You get 2 stars for your response and because I know Google will negate one stars effecting the overall rating if you response to it.

To reset your device, please follow these steps: 1: Go to the settings in the parent unit. 2: Run the factory reset. 3: The parent unit will then directly connect to the camera. 4: Redo the add camera procedure from the App to scan the parent unit QR code. This app worked great until suddenly the sound would only work intermittently. Believing it was a camera issue, I had the camera replaced only to install the new one and discover I still do not have sound. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and the issue persisted. This is extremely frustrating.
