The apps keep on crash. Have to click many time juat to get goes into the apps. However, even able to login by luck, it still crash out of sudden Called the customer services, and been request to uninstall and reinstalled back. All digital token and login have to redo. But how can we keep on uninstall and reinstall back as the digital token setup take cooling hours of 12 hours? Please look into this matter urgently.

Cannot log in after the update. Called CIMB, and they claimed they were looking into it and would keep me posted. It's been more than a week, but the apps is still not working. Please have your IT department look into the issue and minimise the inconvenience caused to customers. Thanks.

App used to be working fine. But the current version seems to crash immediately after logging in. You have to login a few times just to perform a simple transaction. Almost unusable.
