Downloaded to try and get the city to repair a displaced sidewalk caused by a tree controlled by the city. I received an email the request is closed, without amy information on what action, if any, was taken. The app does not have a way to do this. This app also hangs when opening a new link. My phone is a note 10+ so don't blame my phone. This app is worthless, but the only way to deal with certain things with the city. This app is garbage.

not a very good app at all. frequently hangs up. fails to open on multiple occasions. just doesn't seem like it's very well written or maintained. maybe it's because I'm using an Android version of the app, or maybe it's just because it's a government based application and expectations need to be lowered.

What a useless app. Tried to submit a request for code enforcement. Would not let me choose a location, just defaulted to my current location. Then, when I tried to add photos to the request, nothing happened when I tapped library. Camera would work either.
