I don't like the fact that I don't have access to any sound. And that it doesn't only allows us to see certain videos and other videos we can't get unless we request them because there was a problem from Uber. So any recordings that are done that are not on an Uber drive you really don't have the ability to hear anything that happened so if someone gets in my car and is my backseat but we're not on the clock or they make a comment after I mark that I dropped them off that stuff I can't get.

Hi! The dashcam is continuously recording when you are driving and the camera is plugged in. You can now use the Drives tab to review trips and request any clip of up to 5 minute duration to be sent to your app. All your trips have audio recording. The fact that there is no customer service Phone number or means to catch up payments outside of email is why I rate a 1-star. I am not able to get into my email account and need to make payments. This app does not grant me access, only the ability to type in a box where the respond to an email address that cannot be updated.

I advise anyone who is considering this dashcam to look elsewhere. This thing is not worth the 5 dollars it costs per month. I used it for like a week, then i started to have battery issues with my car. You can call it a coincidence but im 100 percent sure that its because of this camera. Its been unplughed for over a week, yet it still has power to flash a red light every single time i get in the car. How? I dont know but it does.

We're sorry to hear about your experience. The dashcam has an in-built battery and should not impact your vehicle’s battery. The red light indicates it has minimal residual power left and it flashes to inform the user to plug it in for it to record. We recommend checking your car's electrical system to ensure there isn't another underlying issue.
