Want to try something new? Let's go to the dance. Need to relax? Sign up for a massage or a sauna. Tired of the hustle and bustle of the city? Rent a tent and go for a mountain hike with an instructor

• NO LIMIT
With a membership, you can train at least every day. In the morning sign up for yoga, at lunch go for a swim, in the evening play table tennis with friends and do not overpay for all this

• SIMPLE REGISTRATION
1. Just log in to the app, check the schedule and select the activity you want to attend
2. Reserve a slot and show up on time
3. After arrival, scan the QR code at the entrance and voila — everything is ready

• TRAIN WITH FRIENDS
Follow your friends. See what classes they have and work out together. For example, if you have signed up for boxing, you can invite a friend inside the app. By attending classes, you can earn achievements and your friends will see them too

• IN INSTALLMENTS
The 1Fit membership can be purchased in installments at your bank. Buy directly inside the app or contact our support — they will help

• WITH CARE FOR USERS
If you are feeling unwell or went on a business trip, the membership can be frozen in a couple of steps any number of times. You don't even need to write to support

When I was about to buy a subscription, they kept calling me in every 5 minutes and tried to sell me. But when I need a response from them to cancel my subscription or gift it to my friend, they disappeared and not responded my messages and phone calls. It's really bad service and can't make me stay here longer with this app. I have been waiting for exact response for 4 days but all agents just got lost one by one after telling me nonsense

The classes shown in the app are often not accurately synced with the partner gyms. Even if you book a class and go to the studio, they tell you there’s no booking on their end. There’s no support number available in the app — you can only contact them through chat, which can be frustrating. They also have a limited number of partner studios, and not all classes or time slots from those studios are available. location: Dubai

if i am active user than supports well, if i try to cancel my subscription they will support. i am waiting since 5 days to get answer very bad support
