Used to work fine, now I can't add my payment info even though I've authorized it 3+ times in my banking app. Try to prebook taxis and a taxi doesn't show up for the time you book! Luckily I book with 10-15 extra minutes for my journey, but almost missed an appointment today because it took 15 minutes to assign a driver. And it didn't even start to assign a driver until the time I had booked a taxi. The app is garbage now, might as well use Uber.

The user interface of this application could benefit from some enhancements. My primary concern regarding the service is the considerable dispatch time for a taxi; one might wait up to 10 minutes simply to be assigned a driver, followed by an additional wait for the taxi to arrive. Although Uber is now available in my area, I have encountered impolite drivers who seem disinclined to assist. I am also puzzled as to why a driver feels the need to call the passenger, as I believe it does not signif

Pleasant driver and prompt...helped me with luggage too. Other passengers disembarking from the holiday coach watched me demo the app and so you may have some new customers. They liked that the message confirms the reg. Car make and colour and also the name of the driver...🙂 25 06. nice driver who kindly assisted a couple of tourists also looking for a taxi in a helpful and friendly way.
