Worst taxi app and service ever. They lie on their app about the arrival time of your taxi. I was told the car was 6 minutes away, but it got stuck at 1 minute and the car would not arrive. I ended up waiting for about 25 minutes and was very late for work. The area I live in rarely has any serious traffic issues. I checked online and there were no issues on the road. I called their customer service line and they lied about the time too. When the driver finally arrived, he was rude to me.

Yesterday I booked a taxi to take me for an appointment, prompt service, lovely driver. when I got back home,I realised I had lost my glasses, I phoned the company, my driver had found my glasses, he brought them back to me after his shift had finished. I would like to thank him and the company for excellent service, it was much appreciated.

Been using skyline for a little while now and I can't recommend enough. The drivers are courteous and very professional also punctual and the prices are very fair
