Very poor integration. Instead of updating the previous app like every other bank or CU they have you download a completely new app under the assumption you should just know to do that. It's basic programming knowledge that if you are transitioning to a completely new software there should be an indication on the old software to download and use the new app, instead of just stating "account blocked". It gives the appearance of poor design which is not what you want with a CU app.

Useless! Installed and reinstalled several times. Folks at the branch in Fort Bragg have clearly not been trained "how to" help consumers deal with this extremely common issue (see multiple ⭐ reviews). Three trips to the branch for this reason alone. They're telling me the blank white screen I'm getting when trying to open the app, is somehow, something wrong with my phone?!?
