Can't Use my fingerprint to login anymore. The option is there, but every time I try, nothing happens. It just stays on the login page. I have to type in my email and password credentials which is a pain. Been using the app since '22, and fingerprint login worked well up until last month. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times, it didn't fix the issue.

I don't know what kind of bots they got giving this janky app 5 stars. it can't remember a password or let me log in quickly to pay a bill, he barely remembers my last payment options, you have to click through multiple things. it's like they don't want my money. Not a feature of the app but of ConEd more likely they skipped my gas bill for two cycles and decided to send me one combo bill for it all. I'm so sick of ConEd tbh.

Straight forward and simple to use. When paying with a bank account though, for some reason, after a day the app appears with a balance still due until it actually clears from your bank account. This is despite a confirmation E-mail having been sent for payment. This is misleading and I am aware it can take a few days to clear from my bank account, but the app should not show a balance due if a payment was made. Double paying is not fun. This is the only reason why im giving 4 stars.
