From the number of similar complaints, I'd say you're going to lose half your couriers if you don't fix this app. Had one perfect shift. Second shift, connection issues despite 5 bars of service, "changes have been made to your current order" pop-ups despite not being offered a single order in the whole shift. Restart/reinstall fixed nothing. Support giving me canned answers that have nothing to do with the problem. Gota imagine customers are experiencing longer waits because of this too.

I've been a courier for over a month now. Love it but the app sometimes shows a delivery notification then disappears on me and shows no delivery notification. It's a bug in the app that needs to be fixed. Also it would be a plus if I can see what the customer ordered, that way I can make sure the whole order is there and nothing is missing. Also when people leave feedback I'd like to see WHO made the feedback. That way I know which customers left feedback so I can thank them.

Honestly worst app I have ever had to use. Makes beta apps look bug free and perfect. Zero support from the Courrier "support" team. All you get is standardized per formed answer. "Hey skip the restaurant gave my food to another driver. What do I do?" Skip, "please be patient and wait for the food." An hour after you send first message. As a Courrier your best resource is other couriers. Thats sad. Upside, you get to reinstall this app regularly. Enjoy!!!!
