I have very few complaints about the app. It is responsive and probably the most user friendly compared to uber or justeat. I just hate when I have to call up the team as it can be long while you're out there trying to earn money. Edit: A customer cancelled their order when I got to their address nearly 10miles away. Rider support are only giving me £2 for travelling all that way. Disgraceful and insulting to riders

I've given 5 stars because this app is my favourite delivery app which I've been using for the last nearly 8 years, but this week you have introduced verification after every 1-2 orders lol and in total up to nearly 7 times per day ? what is this bro ? I don't understand this at all, I don't share my account, never have, and never will! I'm a British born citizen lol, honestly guys, this process really is a comedy show, please free me from constant verification LOL 😀 once per day is fine👍

The old version of rider app is very good but 2 days ago they updated the rider app in which show where are order is pending or not but it's totally wrong sometimes we are at the busy area but we can't take a single order and also on the latest update we can't check either our app is running or not because in the old version the time period is running up the navigation that's mean the app is running but in the latest version there is nothing i am very disappointed by the latest version
