Ratings and reviews

terrible app. Gives you wrong updates. I waited over an hour for an order with regular updates saying my order is accepted and is being prepared, driver arrived etc etc and then boom. order cancelled. The customer services could only tell me it's because the restaurant was closed. but can't explain why I was getting false updates. plus they don't give any support for poor orders. Won't be using deliveroo anymore.

As a nomad I frequently have to search and/or use different apps. Many charge excess fees and have poor or no customer service. Deliveroo has great pricing and exceptional customer service on the one occasion i needed to contact them (as opposed to another major company who also does rides and offered no support when issues were encountered in multiple countries). Based on their service, they will definitely be the first app I check for service in each new location.

A joke. because I've been loyal and used this app for a long time I have built up occasions of people sending the wrong item or missing items to the point where now deliveroo won't refund me when they don't send me items. we aren't talking loads of missing items either, we are talking what would be expected over the course of a couple years deliveries. so now my supermarket missed £45 worth of stuff from my order and deliveroo seem to not care
