There are way better digital banks than this. Maximum maintaining balance is too small to get optimal interest. And if you exceed the amount, the interest rate goes down. Stupid isn't it.

Why is it so hard to verify my account? The only difference is that I was previously long hair when my ID's was taken but now I have short hair. What kind of AI or person that you task in verifying an account? Didn't have this issue with other digital banks. Been doing this for the past couple of months, even was blocked but was unblock using the same ID's that I have submitted. Please improve your verification method. Very disappointed!

New Rant: Dumbest App ever for Ewallet!! My cash on failed and it requires OTP. Where the hell did you send the OTP? I provided my number, no messages wete sent!! You have removed the 7/11 deposit option which was way more convenient. So I have to edit my review. Now, it is very difficult to load money into my account. My review will stay still until 7/11 payment option returns.
