Ratings and reviews

Very slow app. Some days it won't even open without resetting the password. Also, they stopped allowing transfers from Zelle. since then I have tried to set up transfers between my 2 banks. For al.ost 2 years I have tried to set it up and it never works. Customer service doesn't know why it wontwork and just transfers my call 3 or 4 times. Very frustrating.

The latest updated version is absolutely unusable. I have multiple accounts and it won't work for multiple separate account profiles. The deposit check functionality leaves it to your imagination in terms of what you have to do to actually align the camera and it gives you 1 second to switch between the front and back of the check before it throws an error. There are probably more issues but I have gone back to using a browser on my phone to use my accounts.

The app is ok for looking at transactions and paying bills. Check deposit, OCR software is from 1990 and every pic I take it has an error. I can read it clear as day though, so definitely software issue. No longer getting notifications of any kind. No app push notifications, no email, none. Definitely needs work.
