Very bad customer service In addition to many technical problems in the application and voice service They treat you in the worst way, as if you were poor when you asked for one of your rights, and most of the gifts are fake.

APP USED TO BE GREAT BUT RECENT UPDATE THE REDEEM FOR GIFTS IS NOT LONGER AVIALABLE ESPECIALLY FOR THE GIFT GB AFTER PAYING THE DSL BILL. APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED. UPDATE THE REVIEW... AFTER THE APP BEING UPDATED THIS PROBLEM HAD RESOLVED AND OFFEERS HAS COME BACK WHEN PAID WITH APP FREE GIGABYTES.

My evaluation is for the Etisalat company, not for the application. It is really one of the worst companies we can deal with ever, and I really sooooo regret to switching to this company. I do not recommend this company to anyone at all don't repeat the same mistake I made in fact, if there was a rating less than zero, I would have to evaluate the company with it..
