Ratings and reviews

When I first used the app a couple months ago I was able to do a couple telehealth appointments with my doctors. Past few weeks it totally stopped working. Listing upcoming appointments shows a blank screen. Messages a blank screen. Pressing help another blank screen. Now totally useless. Please fix this because some patients are on a limited income. They don't have a home computer and can't afford the latest iPhone. Using a Galaxy S9 Android 10, Galaxy Tab A Android 11.

I really appreciate the convenience I do but this app is so buggy and actively gets in the way of me accessing health services

Fails to load messages from doctor. almost impossible to load anything of value
