Ratings and reviews

Online delivery customer service is useless if anything goes wrong. I had an order with a wrong item delivered and the customer service is unable to understand the problem I'm describing despite providing photos and references to the original order multiple times. It's been a month now and they are still unable to get it right.

The app is great, it helps pay for stuff but I have one issue, it's with the games that are in the app. They said in t&c that every time I play, I have a higher chance of winning and I have been scratching 'lottery' cards that have a 99 dollar voucher and I check remaining rewards, 100%, they still have 99$ vouchers with them. What's the point of having the game if the event ends soon and you still have all 10 vouchers, please fix this problem so that we can ACTUALLY GET THE PRIZES

Neat app for groceries that is convenient. Don't need to bring along my wallet. One feedback would be to view the vouchers that have successfully been applied and the final discounted price before I press the payment mode. Find it quite backward that the discounts are shown at the end and not before checking out like other e-commerce apps.
