Making a payment through the app is annoying because it doesn't give the option to pay by debit card straight away. You have to go through the process of making a direct payment from your bank, and when it shows the various banks for you to choose from you have to cancel, then select 'pay by card', and go through the payment process again. It would be much easier if the option to pay by card was given at the start of the payment process.

absolutely Terrible. takes ages to load and most of the time didn't work. I called and told to cancel my card as I was a making a payment on last day and app didn't load nor allowed me to log on. and I was trapped in late payment as well as interest. although they cancelled it but have to stay on the phone for 15 minutes

Although I occasionally missed timely payments on my Aqua credit card, they still increased my credit limit from £900 to £1,150. The interest rate is relatively high, so it’s important to manage spending carefully. Overall, Aqua has been a useful tool for rebuilding my credit when used responsibly.
