Ratings and reviews

Frontier sold me a ticket but would not allow me to check-in on my computer. They want to force me to create an App on my phone or pay them money at the ticketing counter at the airport to check-in. This airline is pathetic. They charge extra fees for every little thing. "No change fees" --- only "pay more to change", but that isn't a change fee... "yes, you purchased a ticket; did you also want a seat on the plane? Oh! that's another charge."

Update 01/12/25 Still sucks. They still can't figure out how to turn off mandatory check-in for international travel. still says not complete so you end up wasting time to figure why check in wasn't complete. turns out you don't need to for international travel. so hopefully this helps someone else out. never fly them again. I'll pay the extra, that really isn't that extra when u add the hassle.

this is the worst travel app ever, it keeps timing out I have to log back in frequently, it keeps telling me to manage my flight to add upgrades after I have checked in, it kicked me out and I had to change my password standing at security, getting to my boarding pass is a headache, I tried to add my trip in the app up until sitting in the plane and it told me I am not booked on the flight WHILE SITTING ON THE PLANE this airline and this app is the toilet of air travel. Never again.
