Nykaa offers fast delivery—usually within just 3 days—which is impressive. The products are genuine and of good quality, and there are often great discounts available. However, the only drawback is their return and exchange policy. There's no proper return option, and exchanges can be difficult, which makes it a bit inconvenient if something doesn’t work out. Otherwise, a reliable platform for beauty and skincare shopping.

The worst app we have never seen in before. We have ordered some urgent items for delivery but after 4 days it's showing that the product delivery was unsuccessful. They didn't even bother to call the provided number. The worst thing is that you can't even check your delivery date before your order is going to place. you can check your delivery date only after it's placed...

Despite being a loyal customer, my Nykaa order has not been delivered for nearly 20 days, with failed delivery attempts and unhelpful support, making this my worst experience with them. For the past 4 days, I have been calling and emailing your customer support team, yet I haven't received any help from anywhere.
