Dang it. I didn't think I'd ever fall for one of these... They definitely made it seem like this was the "official" new way to get the Paris museum pass and it almost ruined several visits to museums until it clicked that "aw man this was a scam wasn't it". This "pass" was rejected everywhere I went (except the aquarium for some reason). Also you don't need to get the pass for a child. There are no actual benefits for using this. Lesson learned, just get the pass from the official site.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. Please contact us at customerfeedback@gocity.com with your order details so we can assist you directly. Many Paris attractions offer free entry for children under a certain age, so a separate pass may not be needed. Our support team is always here to help with any questions

Not worth the hassle. We had an issue at one of the four places we wanted to visit and there was no way to communicate with Go City outside of chat. There was a misunderstanding of what the issue was and it was near impossible to articulate over back and forth chat. Deleting app, will not re-buy. Total savings was about 25%, but not worth the frustrations while on vacation.

I've used Go City Explorer passes twice so far, NYC & Boston, and I loved it! It saved me a ton of cash playing turista. At most, you can probably squeeze in 2 sometimes 3 attractions per day, if they stay open late. A lot of tourist attractions everywhere don't open until 10 AM and close at 5 PM, those are limited opening hours. That's why I recommend the Explorer pass. It gives you a 60 day time limit to use it up, so you don't feel rushed to use it.
