Ratings and reviews

The GoGet service is great, but the app is just really bad: it's really slow (UI waiting+blocking on network and location), crashes on critical paths (eg. when extending bookings), the app requires constant re-log in, the time needed to do a booking is in minutes when it should take seconds...

I find it's rarely worth the cost for a Goget car, especially in comparison to other rental options. For hourly, CarNextDoor is better, and for daily usually I can go to a big name like Budget or Avis and get better prices. The interface is an absolute pain in the ass. It's only good for when there's no better options.

Avoid at all cost. Incredibly rude and unhelpful support when discussing trivial subscription plan matters. I would hate to be in a real need of help relying on such a poor customer service. Also very expensive - I used GoGet for two months (highest tier plan) and I had 1 whole day trip with their car. I paid just over $200 for the 400km journey in a small underpowered car. A similar trip using a nearby Sixt rental (brand new full sized SUV) was just $220 for 34h and 380km.
