I tried Goibibo’s Price Lock feature on the morning of August 15, expecting it to hold my chosen flight fare for the promised period. Shockingly, within just 5 hours, they cancelled the lock and the fare had gone up, forcing me to pay more if I still wanted the same ticket. This defeats the entire purpose of the feature. On top of that, you can never reach Goibibo’s customer care, it’s almost impossible to get real help from them. I ended up booking a different flight from another website.

This is worst travel app I ever seen. My support request is still pending. No action is taken till now. Please don't install this app. They do not provide any customer care support. My refunded amount is still with them and I didn't find any customer support on their number to contact them. There Chat bot is too irrelevant and never provide solution you want.

Status Update: I had booked a resort in Yelagiri for 15-08-2025, but the customer service team cancelled my booking, claiming there was no availability. However, the same resort is still showing as available — just at a higher price. This feels like unfair practice or cheating, and I’m requesting that my original booking be reinstated at the confirmed rate
