This is a terrible app. I used it in The Old Rooms Weymouth. The app lists lots of drinks not available in the pub. I don't just mean out of stock but drinks that the staff claimed they have never heard of. Also when ordering food, staff do not take notice of food orders, giving priority to orders at the bar. If you order food on the app you have to queue at the bar to tell them you have ordered on the app or they will not notice your order. This obviously defeats the object of the app!

the app was awkward to use and when I had to make multiple options eg the chic and mix, the drop down screen would flip away when I was trying to select an option. the checkout was easy though.

Great pub but staff were sadly lacking. Beautiful job on the refurbishment and lots of space to relax and watch sports. However, the staff didn't meet basic expectations. Food was brought without cutlery and I waited 15 mins after ordering from the app for my drink despite ordered at the same time as my food. Then I was overcharged when the bar staff put the wrong beer into the till. This became clear when I ordered another round but no apology or refund. Must do better.
