Mediocre. It's very annoying that you can't personalise food orders eg no guacamole on the nachos etc. There is also a problem with the app. There seems to be some things missing on the app. When I go to order the mix it up, there are no southern fried chicken skewers showing. When my husband (and a member of staff) go to order, it's showing. We are all the latest version of android. Further staff at The Mount have checked, some Android & some Apple and some have the item and some don't.

New app doesn't allow you to register an account. Just says 'an error occured'. Emailed as requested and the email fails to deliver probably due to the inbox being full with all the problems with this app. Figured out how to register myself only to find their 'spin the wheel' also doesn't work in the app. Terrible app with no quality control from my experience.

This is a terrible app. I used it in The Old Rooms Weymouth. The app lists lots of drinks not available in the pub. I don't just mean out of stock but drinks that the staff claimed they have never heard of. Also when ordering food, staff do not take notice of food orders, giving priority to orders at the bar. If you order food on the app you have to queue at the bar to tell them you have ordered on the app or they will not notice your order. This obviously defeats the object of the app!
