I always have issue when purchasing tickets. After choosing my methods of payment, and then if I click 'Pay' or anything else, the page will froze and stuck. I waited few minutes also nothing. This have happened sooo many times, it's super frustrating. Which is why I prefer the other cinema better when it comes to apps and convenience. Please fix the app!!!

plsss fix it soon... the apps always stuck during payment and when going back to the app it froze. when scrolling it felt like dragging the app hard not smooth to make any purchase what wrong with your app right now plss fix this soon. this is very dissapointing for a huge cinema brand

i already paid for ticket twice but they always unsuccessful and i didnt get the ticket. 60 rm in total. The cs said they cannot allocate the seat. But this happen twice in a row, this app sucks.
