Ratings and reviews

The application lacks user-friendly features. It does not provide the ability to sort items from high to low. When a user clicks on an item while shopping, it redirects them back to the previous page without retaining the search settings, such as in-store or ship-to-home preferences. This necessitates the user to restart the search process each time they add an item to the cart or wish to examine an item. Also doesnt save items n your cart.

the app AND website are trash, if I could give zero stars I would, I consistently see stuff I want super bad, but on BOTH the website and app, anytime I try to click on an item to view it or add to cart, it automatically redirects back to the homepage?! I've attempted to reach out to Five Below and inform them of the issue and they have told me repeatedly there is no issue with the features, fix this or you'll be losing a lot of people and profits because I guarantee i'm not the only one

a great app, although it does have it's faults. it's a bit hard to navigate around, there's no reviews for the items you buy and there's also no wishlist to save the items. it can be a bit laggy from time to time and awkward using. and i have a hard time entering my card info. however, aside from that, it's a good app. shipping is always very quick for me, and I haven't had any issues. UPDATE : A recent update made me no longer able to even add items to my cart... please fix this!
