Always freezes on mine and my wife's phone, and the installer and the technical support for W Box can't fix this problem. It does not freeze on the installers iPhone, just my 2 Samsung's and its bloody annoying. Middle of March there was an update to my phones app which has made viewing 100 times better, I am now very happy. 1 week later back to square one with the app not working on my phone, this is a joke.

Terrible app. Cannot leave cameras on HD quality so you have to change them every time you open the camera view. I have 7 cameras so it's quite an inconvenience. No way to arrange what order you want your cameras to show in. And I can't find where the Screenshots and videos I take are stored. With my last program they went into the gallery. Nothing here shows you where they are and aren't even in the program. I wish I had another program to use. This sucks. All my equipment sucks. W-Box.

Work without error on my old Android phone. Doesn't work on my new phone. The app runs I can set up the information but it won't show video or connect to the recorder. WBox support suggesting not to use this app but to use Guardian Vision app instead. I was able to install the old version on my phone and it works for viewing. Android did warn that it was made for an older version and may have issues.
