terrible, really buggy always have an issue, things are not clear. This app needs to be rebuilt, the idea of having a simple app is great. this app is not simple or intuitive at all, it has just less features. my most recent issue is that I cannot deposit money. can't access it due to a security step and bad UX. I get an email code but entering the code results in a page inside the app and at the same time the app should send a security confirmation which does not show up.

this app smells like 💩. I don't have a proper opinion about it because I'm trying to make an account still. as many people we don't have all information in our head and in order to get the information we sometimes need to get to email or other apps, while I'm trying to create an account on this app I'm opening my emails to get some info and when returning to app to put that information in the app just restarts from the beginning. you can imagine what you need to do to create an account

Ever since 2 factor Authentication was FORCED onto me I cannot login via the app but I can login via website which does not have same functionality. In fact it does not even show what shares are in my portfolio. I heard good things about IBKR so I switched over from ETORO. 100% go with ANY other broker. Even the lost username function is pathetic it asks for social security number but in Aus we don't have that...
