Loaded up the app about an hour ago, worked fine... Then I launched it again 10 minutes ago and it now says "Oops, Something's gone wrong". I tried logging in using my Wi-Fi but nothing, so I changed over to Mobile Data, and nothing changed. I then cleared the data and cache for the app, and the same message showed up and it still wouldn't work. So I uninstalled then reinstalled the app and still says the same. Please fix.

The app now works better than it did… BUT putting the card selection before the 'signing in' is imo a mistake, as it allows anyone (a child for instance) who picks up the phone to delete a card from the app. Only an inconvenience I know, but it still has a potential for problems ahead.

In this current version, the "cancel lost card" feature has been removed and 4/5 attempts your virtual assistant does not load. Once it did load, it directed me to a page which does not contain the "cancel lost or stolen card" button/feature. The FAQ page similarly directs to a page that does not contain this feature. -- I need to cancel a lost card.
