Paramont CMS is InVid Tech's easy-to-use surveillance application. Paramont CMS allows you to access your surveillance equipment from anywhere you have access to. It is designed for easy setup, quick access and offers features geared towards mobile devices on the go.

App is not working. States all my cameras are offline when they are not offline (went on-site to check). Also states that I am not logged in. Do better invid.

The features of the app are good and pretty easy to use. The problem is you can't use them. As others have said, it loads the video at high definition and every few seconds, keeps downgrading the video quality "to play more smoothly". This happens with very strong wifi or 5G signal. Once it downgrades the quality, everything is too blury to see. I haven't had this system too long and I don't think it originally did this. I think there was an app update a couple months ago that caused this. 😡

I'm happy with the app. I've been using it for a year and just bought a second system for an additional property. Called Tech support to see if I can monitor both systems on same app, same account, the guy answered my question and gave me a helpful tip. I'm still running wires and haven't set up second system yet.
