Ratings and reviews

Only supports pickup & delivery orders. They advertise this app on the dine-in menus...why? A manager had to manually credit me for my dine-in order using my ph#, which ended up working. But how do I use my rewards? Can I only do so if I place an order for delivery/pickup? This app doesn't make any sense lol

while the app now works you can only earn points by ordering through the app. I visit jakes regularly and have no way of earning any points for my in restaurant orders.

App is broken - it keeps wanting to sending verifiication pins over and over.
